Alexis founded HCVC in 2015 as a community-first venture firm to support hardtech founders. He's based in Paris.

Jerry started his career in Taiwan where he co-founded a semi-conductor startup. He is based in Paris, and splits his time between Europe and Asia.

Aymerik joined HCVC in 2017. He started his career at Innovacom where he became a partner and has over 25 years of experience investing in breakthrough technologies. He is based in Silicon Valley.

Alex started his career exploring new developments in AI at IBM Watson before jumping to venture in 2016. He is passionate about building communities and notably co-founded London AI. Alex grew up in Mexico and is now based in London.

Isabel is passionate about helping scientists translate their research into disruptive startups. Prior to HCVC, she ran the London chapter of Nucleate and obtained a PhD in Stem Cell Biology. Isabel grew up in Germany and is now based in London.

Cyril is a motor racing engineer. At HCVC, he brings over 20 years of experience with high-performance technologies to support the next generation of founders. Cyril currently serves as President of Hyundai Motorsports after running Renault-Alpine F1 Team for years.
